Customized items are created based on customer-provided instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct logos, artwork, text, and sizing details. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are not possible.
3. Pricing & Payments

- We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available methods.
- Full payment is required before order processing.
4. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After this period, cancellation is not possible for custom items.
